Let me take you back to a time when flannel was king and hair was dirty and definitely unkempt.  When fashion was non-fashion (i.e. pretending you didn’t care, but you really did) and wearing short-sleeved t-shirts over long-sleeved t-shirts.  When teen angst was at its high but didn’t really have a reason behind it like the 60′s generation.  When music was loud, hard, fuzzy, and buzzy.  Let me take you to a magical time called….the 90′s.

Today on Buzzfeed I saw this post showcasing some covers from music magazines of the 90′s and it brought me back to a sweet time in my life.  The 90′s were my high school years and college years so I was smack dab in the middle of this “alternative” time in music.  I liked all these bands, most of them I still listen to.  It also reminded me of just how bad everyone dressed and how badly designed these covers were (except for maybe that Beck Raygun one,  I like that one).
